Tips for Perfect Miso Brie Mac & Cheese

  • Achieving the Right Consistency

The key to perfect mac & cheese is the sauce-to-pasta ratio. Too much sauce can make it soupy, while too little makes it dry. Aim for a creamy but cohesive texture.

  • Enhancing the Umami Flavor

If you’re a fan of bold flavors, consider adding a dash of soy sauce or sesame oil to the sauce for an extra umami punch.
